Work Experience

In 2019 I joined Enklu, a scrappy young Augmented & Mixed Reality startup in the San Francisco East Bay. I started as a QA tester, but quickly rose beyond my role by designing some of the first Mailchimp campaigns, creating the official Youtube channel and mapping out the first time user experience.

Shortly after the company rocked E3 with an incredible interactive exhibit, I was promoted to Community Manager. In this new role I implemented communication tools such as Discord and Canny to create more efficacy for a growing community of creators. During this time I also created tutorial videos to supplement our workshops.

Eventually this role grew into Client Success Manager where I laid out the framework for a pilot program. This process included one-on-one virtual demos of the online editor and the Microsoft HoloLens with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
